Inclusive Onboarding Form

For a long time, products were built considering only the majority of users. Users coming from different backgrounds and abilities were ignored.

However, products that prioritize inclusive design can positively impact the user experience by fostering a sense of belonging.

Here is a small example of how we can make our designs inclusive when capturing onboarding details. Adding different pronouns to ensure everyone is addressed right, and widening the languages the product supports increases the sense of belonging to more users.
