Zendesk often heard from prospective customers that Zendesk seemed very "big" and intimidating. We'd hear things like "too many features for what we need, we need something smaller for our team." Founder, Alexander, was very passionate about addressing this problem and kicked off Project Inbox.

Our team was small, agile, and highly iterative. We all collaborated on user experience design, interaction design, user interface design through wireframes, UX flows, and low fidelity prototypes all the way through to high fidelity visual design mocks and visual design specs of a responsive web shared inbox product with Alexander, Mick, Jason, and Brian.
