Week #51 - The Chicago Riverwalk

The Chicago Riverwalk expansion is a project to lengthen the current river walkway so that it extends from Michigan Ave to Lake street, a distance of about 0.7 mile.

Walsh Construction is building the Riverwalk which is to be completed in 2016 for a budget of $100 Million.

While walking in downtown Chicago with my camera I shot a few photos of the construction on the river. I decided to do a typographic piece based on just some of the things that I discovered and researched in relation to the construction.
