feedly for Material Design

After all these years designing for the web I am finally on Dribbble thanks to Claire Paoletti!

The first thing I want to share with you is the latest work I have done on Material Design. The main goal was to create a new version of feedly fully enhanced with Google’s Material Design to give our team a solid design direction for where our app design should head.

“Tangible interfaces” is one of the main principles of Material Design. Sometimes this concept is a little hard to grasp, especially for non designers. This visual aims at representing this concept to help everyone in the team understand how it works and the implications it can have.

Feel free to share it to your team as a support to explain how levels, shadows and other things work with Material Design.

I would love your feedback so feel free to drop me a line in the comments!
