Universities provide a rich environment for students, faculty, and staff to learn, grow, and gain new perspectives. However, the transformational experiences that occur on campuses can be taxing and confusing; frequently leaving participants feeling overwhelmed and searching for support. FindHelpNow is an essential crisis navigation tool that leads those who are living, learning and working on campuses to the right resources in moments of crisis.

FindHelpNow needed a recognizable brand identity and accompanying social and on-campus messaging that could demonstrate empathy toward those in crisis and attest to the simple, easy to use crisis services available to them.

We created a visual identity that leveraged abstract flow charts to illustrate both the complexity of life on campus and the ease with which help can be found with FindHelpNow. Showing students, teachers, and staff that although life gets messy, finding help is simple.
