"Account Settings" feature of an E-commerce Platform

This is the "Account Settings" feature of Best Buy (an e-commerce platform) where users perform self-service tasks such as editing credit cards, order cancellation, profile modification, and the like.

The existing interface seems to have too much text, which makes it somewhat difficult for some user to scan through. Hence the below redesign where I also rationalized my design decision.
