The biggest challenge was to design a story creation flow. We tested to main concepts: the configurator and the wizard kind-of approach. After several iteration we came up with a hybrid solution.

After the stakeholder kickoff we conducted 1 on 1 interviews with possible target group members and a focus group workshop to validate our hypothesis about their photo-taking and experience-sharing habits. Our MVP scope stayed minimal: travel stories grouped on a topographical basis. We thought that the key to a successful start is to position the application as an exclusive “club” with focus on quality.
