UX Tools: What to use? Where to use it?

Choosing design tools for your day-to-day design activity or a design process is really confusing in the beginning. As a beginner, you will be spending more time finding what tool should be learned first. Which tool I should use? If you ask this question, your friend may suggest the sketch app. Another friend in your organization may suggest Figma or Adobe xd. If you google it, you will be getting more relevant tools ranked from 1 to 10. So what really do I choose?
