Cello Journal Blog - Logo - First Idea

I'm working on a new blog that will be tracking my progress as a new adult cello player and I plan on building resources to help others in the same boat. Hoping to create aesthetically pleasing resources such as cello charts, educational posters, etc.

Thoughts behind artistic decisions.

Pencil - Journal Aspect/Writing on Blog

Sound Hole or "F" Hole - A physical opening found on the body of most string instruments, including the cello. Behind the pencil as well as an accent piece on the pencil itself. There are two sound holes on a cello.

Color Scheme Choice - Yellow/Warm Colors are very much associated with education. They also are inviting colors that stimulate mental activity. A great match for the purpose of the blog.

Font Choice - Fun and inviting. The vibe I am going for.
