MiniDisc (MD) - 90's technology

When I was in between middle and high school which was around the middle of the 1990s, listening to music was a kind of fashion. Every student has some sort of cassette player - Sony, Panasonic, Samsung, and even some students have this new machine "MiniDisc."

MiniDisc provided much better flexibility in terms of recording music with better sound quality than cassette or even CD players. Also, it was a very unique appearance at that time - a small, compact CD covered by a plastic case. I used to record music with an MD player and customized discs with my favorite songs.

A few years later after I got an MD player, a portable CD player, and recording music on a CD became common which leads the death of the MD player consequently.

Thanks for seeing the shot and reading my story about MiniDisc.
