Dumped Fitness Concept

Some work last year with a fitness app that never quite came together (schedules, timelines, blah blah). I quite liked where I was headed so I wanted to share it here.

Main screen has four key actions (workouts, meals, coach, weigh in). Each icon has some key stats under (next workout, workout type, calorie goal, etc). At the bottom is a card calendar so you can see your upcoming schedule at a glance. My main goal was getting everything on a single screen and keeping it thumbable.
