Here is a new project I’ve worked on, it’s a desktop email client. My objective was to work on the user flow, wireframes and the visual designs. UX research and the persona have been provided to me.

How can we build an efficient journey ?

The user wanted important feature like canned response and an easy interaction with email, so it could more conversational. The user journey helped visualize the big picture, and see where we could remove uneccessary step. For example there is no reply button, by clicking on the email, you could directly start typing your answer.

How can we automatize & reduce emailing time?

Once the user flow is done, we worked on the wireframes and visual design. We integrated canned response feature, easy access folders and label so the user could easily filter. There's also a direct way to type so you can quickly send a message.

It was challenging to transform a product that already exist on the market, but I've really enjoyed working on this project.
