This screen shows the improved fulfill flow on a mobile web app. The previous screen only had an information box and an ability to upload files in a list view. This update implemented an organized block approach, enlarged text-status information, added a text field for links and a "resolved" box based on user research and feedback, and reformatted the attachment box to have larger buttons with an "edit" ability and a collapsible block list with an image preview.
