Lean Project Management System - UI

As part of the business's strategy to encourage responsive on-site project management, this lean management tool was created to bridge large amounts of data into more consumable pull plans. The system would support a workflow to overlay the original master plan which required cues between legacy and new development as well as more efficient ways of displaying task data for smaller teamed groups and individuals.
