Needle Mobile Survey

We were tasked with creating a survey design for Needle's marketing and sales teams to use to qualify potential customers. The original designs were produced and validated. We then built a fully working high fidelity html/css prototype using semantic-ui.

This shot shows the menu with the different sections of the survey. You could only jump back and forth to a section that you had completed.
