Pizza Hut Employee POS System

As we all know most employee POS systems are outdated and are getting undercut by start-ups POS systems like Paypal and Square. Pizza Hut was a client of ours that realized this and wanted to make their POS system experience very simple yet effective enough to handle multiple orders at once. What we did was take their current POS system and gave it complete make over. My team and I interviewed current Pizza Hut employee's and got down to the core of what their day and ordering process is usually like. The key to success with this was knowing exactly what goes on during the ordering process and how we can take that and simplify it to cut downtime on taking orders. After all faster order times means a faster order process which means happier customers and what matters the most is customer satisfaction.
