First Concept
Object Viewport & Animation
It has 225k Vertices, 16 lighting source and 92 object in total. The animation is walking and overlaping motion to made it more alive

For the texture, diffuse color with little bit shine. Orange and blue will be dominance color with green and pink for accent and black and white.
