Desert.fm Redesign

Been playing around with a redesign of the Desert.fm interface.

Giving more precedence to previous contributors rather than displaying the latest (still need to think how we would display the latest playlist though).

Contributors would be displayed in no particular order and randomly generated on every load, giving no precedence and making sure that all our playlists are on the same level.

Tried to give it more of an editorial feel as this was a look we were going for from the beginning.

All of us had an issues with the navigation layout of the previous design and I think this resolves them.

Also bumped up the hierarchy of the mailing list to get more people signed up rather than tacked on at the bottom of the page.

Rolling/tapping on a contributor reveals their name, the number of plays (read: visits) and how many kudos its been given.
