Project Overview

CrowdTwist, which is now part of Oracle CX, is a SaaS-based omnichannel loyalty and analytics platform that is designed to allow marketers to acquire, engage and retain customers. It does this by giving brands visibility into their customers' activities across digital, social, mobile, and transactional channels. The landscape for online loyalty reward services was non-existent when I created the product from the ground up. Given only paper sketches by the founders, I took the ideas and created a product that has powered rewards for brands such as TOMS, LEGO, Disney, Pepsi, L’Oreal, Sony Music, Gatorade, and many more. The screenshots I've provided were from early-stage product releases. It has since grown from that framework.

Problem

Brands had no insight into how their audience was interacting with their brand. On the other end, consumers weren’t awarded for their in-store as well as their online purchases. They also weren’t awarded for any type of activity that amplified the brand presence.

Solution

A SaaS was created in order to connect the brand and loyal brand followers which is why two different product verticals were created: 1) The Brand Dashboard - this helped the brands improve their products led by the vast data CrowdTwist provides and methods to keep their consumers active. 2) The Consumer Dashboard - this provides options consumers can earn and track points for their activities and then later be redeemed for rewards.
