Redesign AIS Website with ISO Standar 9241-210 (Thesis)

One of these websites is the AIS UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta website. Based on a questionnaire conducted on 65 respondents stated that the usability value of the AIS website UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta with the result that 61.6% of respondents stated that the current appearance of the AIS website was not modern and 55.4% of respondents stated that they were not satisfied with the current AIS website design. For this reason, in designing the AIS website, UIN Syarif Hidayatullah Jakarta, in this study, the User Centered Design method was used by applying the ISO 9241-210 standard to increase the usability value of the website on aspects of Learnability, Efficiency, Memorability, Error Prevention and Satisfication assessment. After testing the website designed using the User Centered Design method with the ISO 9241-210 standard, it already has a higher usability value, which is 87.34%.
