The opening illustration of the invite is of the God, Country, Notre Dame doors which lead into the Basilica on ND’s campus. From there, the (best ever) mission of the theme was given:

If M. Gustav from the Grand Budapest Hotel was commissioned with designing and producing an English wedding-what would his invites look like?
