Neuroleptics

Neuroleptics

The challenge was to develop a completely new line of drugs.

They are distributed by prescription from a doctor or psychiatrist. Finally, they are purchased from pharmacies. Since this is a virtual project, I first had to educate myself about the basic feelings.

Man has a kind of inner paintbox for his emotions. Science distinguishes - depending on the school of thought - between six or seven basic emotions:

Anxiety (fear), happiness (joy), anger, sadness, curiosity (surprise), disgust and contempt.

They are accompanied by certain facial expressions and physical changes that are recognized all over the world. All other emotions are composed of the basic emotions. One of the discoverers is considered to be the US-American Paul Ekman.

Font I chose the Roboto font because it provides the necessary clarity. After all, we are talking about a drug.

Logo development The logo of the neuroleptic line is the human brain. Because that is exactly where neuroleptics change the respective receptors.

Color concept The color concept is kept simple and I tried to address the respective emotional states with the colors. Additionally, I like the squares with the color gradations that create a certain 3-D effect and are wonderful to wrap around the corners of the packaging.

The actual pills are also incorporated into the color scheme to eliminate confusion.
