Go Birds

Greetings Dribbblers! I've taken a long hiatus but I AM BACK! Queue nobody noticing I left lol but I'm jumping back in with a lengthy story about my near death experience. I'm still learning all the ins and outs of After Effects, very slowly I might add, but I created this after a lesson on shape modifiers. 

Four years ago I was driving home after the Birds defeated Tom Brady in Super Bowl 52. It was after midnight and it had already been sleeting for a couple hours at this point. I was on a backroad a mile from my house when I went around a curve too quickly and subsequently slid head first into the guardrail. Never having been in an accident I was a little shaken up but relieved, assuming the worst of it was over. I was about to get out and assess the damage (call my dad) when I felt like I was still moving. Almost immediately I could sense what happened. My car continued sliding after I hit the guardrail and I ended up going down the embankment on the other side of the road and into the pond. I grabbed my stuff and thankfully was still able to open my door. As water started rushing in, I pulled myself out and did a little swimmy swim where a couple just so happened to be driving by at nearly the exact moment I emerged from the watery depths. Without hesitation they gave me a blanket and let me sit in their car with the heat blasting until the cops arrived. So anyways that’s my brush with death lol. 10/10 always a crowd pleaser. (TLDR; I drove into a pond)
