Soekarno was born, and there is a burial place for the Proclamator

The letter L forms a sharp bamboo representing PETA's struggle in

independence of the Republic of Indonesia and also represents the PETA Monument in the City of Blitar

The three letters (b, l, and i) describe a hope to grow and develop into a developed city
