An easy way to send help to your loved ones

Tus Giros is a Latin American startup that helps people send money to their loved ones while having full control during the entire process. Until recently, their process to send money was by contacting agents through WhatsApp and completing extensive forms online. That made the process tedious, limited and sometimes unreliable for users.

In order to build strong relationships with their clients by gaining flexibility and

transparency, they decided to implement an online tool in which customers could do the transfers by themselves. That’s when we partnered and our designers started to work with their users and stakeholders to understand their context and propose changes that would make their lives easier and increase their engagement with the app.
