Compagnie des Eaux et Electricite

I'm currently working on a side project to showcase my collection of the old "electrical kiosk" from the French colonial era that is easily spotted around Saigon and probably will soon be demolished to make space for rapid urban development around the city.

Compagnie des Eaux et Electricite basically means The Water and Electricity Company and some one the mentioned kiosk are dated way back to the late 1930s. It's interesting for me to collect these kiosk because throughout the time of the Vietnam War, it's been changed over the years noticeably its name (changed from French to Vietnamese) and the typeface uses changed according to the time period. Also many geographical names has been changed when parts of the city changed.
