The realized proposal combines the key features of the project:
- Linked coat of arms with mountain tops: the coat of arms symbolizes tradition and the mountains refer to the area of Smolná Pece
- Private land, gated community: depicted using lines that cross together in the coat of arms
- Cabins, barracks: stylized in the form of a roof with windows
