County of San Diego Budget Poster

Every year, the County of San Diego releases an Operational Budget that illustrates fiscal funding and recommended allocations for the public to review. In collaboration with County general managers, I simplified information from dozens of spreadsheets into an easy-to-read executive summary brochure that creativity highlights accomplishments, community projects and budget from each County department. 

In addition to the executive summary, I designed a "bite-sized" poster which focused on public participation and led readers to the County's Open Budget website using a QR code. 

All designs were translated into multiple language including: Spanish, Filipino, Chinese, Vietnamese and Arabic.
