Overview

This project aim was to start from user research and create a whole new experience for the client. Started by interview the client, created wireframes and mild/high UI. Latest design trend has been implemented including use of lottie file.

Problem

The existing website was out-dated and was not converting propertly. The UX was not define, thus affecting conversion. All pages with only text and no hierarchy of design was in place.

Design Process

Started by identifying personas, doing user journey mappings.

Wireframes to mid/high fidelity design. Next did the prototype of each page following user testing and client validation
