Modals are an extra overlay trigged by the action of our user. We use them to show extra information and/or actions. They can be disruptive and should be used thoughtfully and sparingly.

Usage

Modals always need to be triggered by a user action. And are used to display information and actions that don’t need to be directly shown in the UI.
