The Real Estate Project

I created this one back in my early days for a non-profit real estate reform company existing in St. Louis, Missouri that provided low-income families with housing, rebuilt communities from the ground up, and established healthy neighborhoods by teaching the skills of entrepreneurship, business, and financial establishment.

The founder had a sketch ready to present and what she wanted was for the logo to look as close to the sketch as possible, but have the colors stand out with a mint like green. I simply digitized it and made the logo presentable to the eye of a consumer which later gave them a very great brand identity.
