Personal Growth - Trans Body Art

This illustration is one of my personal favorites! After coming out as transgender, I wanted to create a whimsical, inclusive piece of art featuring a masculine trans body. This design is called "personal growth" and celebrates the gender affirmation process. I draw the body and vines initially, but then I decided it needed something more whimsical. I decided to add the butterflies and stars to represent transformation and the magical feelings of gender euphoria that come from embracing ones identity.
