I have created a new concept for an app that helps to monitor your health, reminds you of workouts and tracks your progress. You can quickly add a new dimension, turn on the workout tracker and find out which parameters can be improved.
On the first screen there is a dashboard with brief and visual information about your activity. Pop-up with quick actions such as "add dimension" or "track activity". The screen for adding a weight measurement. Measurement and activity history.
The color palette is bright and dynamic, perfectly motivates to engage in physical activity.
