Moody is a mood tracking app where users input their moods throughout the day to gain insight into patterns.
There is a lot of helpful information on learning how to meditate and destress in app; it provides daily exercises and progress assessments that can help you track where you are and set goals for the future. The user can easily schedule online therapy sessions with specialists as well as join useful webinars.
