Seamless Icon Pattern

We've been using a fun icon pattern for a while now, but I'm taking a stab at making it seamless. Currently we just use a giant SVG arrangement, which would be replaced by these tiles.

Bonus: we're thinking about going location specific. The example above has Texas plates and the state itself worked into the pattern. Not looking forward to doing this 50 times, but the effect should be neat.
