Chinook Surf

Here's a new one for my buddy Greg at Chinook Surf.

We explored a ton of different marks, but ultimately settled on this guy, a simple sun, mountain and waves contained in a circle. Chinook was named after the Chinook Winds – winds that rapidly warm as they drop down the mountains, and as an homage to his (and my) hometown of Calgary.

Found this little tidbit on Wikipedia about Chinooks "It is not unheard of for people in Lethbridge to complain of -20°C temperatures while those in Cardston, just 77 km (48 mi) down the road, enjoy 10°C temperatures."
