So many elderly folks suffering from chronic disease are still not able to access holistic healthcare that doesn't just connect them with health professionals and pharmacies but also tracks their health and quantifies their progress.
The simple digital health application enables both individuals, HMO enrolees and businesses to access health services and adhere to treatments via reminders and alerts. After trying out the initial MVP which was conducted manually, we realised that 32% more people got well by following our instructions.
We helped with managing their medications, storing their health records in the app, providing them with their digital lab test results, reminders to take their medicines and a rewards system that assigns points to patients for every action they take.
We helped people realise that healthcare is not boring - take your pills and win points, check your medical readings and win more points, order medicines and win even more points. Now, these users can accumulate their points and exchange it for gift cards and vouchers to shop in their favourite stores or buy cinema tickets.
It doesn't end here, as no product is ever complete. I'll be dropping more shots as the project unfolds. Get well đŸ˜‰
