Kinetic Thinking

Ideas can be seen as objects of motion possessing energy that are transferable. They gain energy during acceleration and when they’re considered and shared with others. Thinking at IBM is encouraged to be no different. Ideas are sharable, kinetic and transferrable. It’s the epicenter of everything we do.
