Application Based Dock

On desktop devices, UI buttons and even other application icons can be attached to the border of an app. In this example the user just moved all the tools from the ideas app to the side. The apps on the bottom like color or type could also be docked around this app, making them easily accessible at any time. This dock follows the window around as it moves.
