Digital Onboarding for Banking

I worked as a junior designer on a very large team responsible for redesigning and redeveloping the user experience for new customers who want to open a bank account, apply for a credit card or loan. The project took 18 months and involved extensive research and involved different journey design for digital-only as well as staff assisted in a branch. The project provided me with a lot of new experience and helped me understand the challenges of customer experience whilst still maintaining high levels of security and regulatory compliance (KYC - Know Your Client).
