IMG World of Adventures App
I worked as a Junior UX designer on a large design concept team to envision and design a mobile app for IMG Worlds of Adventure in Dubai. The project required extensive research, several wireframing sprints and onsite visits to understand the operations of the theme park. Our objective was to design a mobile app that responded to Bluetooth 'beacons' and would allow visitors to optimize the amount of rides or attractions they could attend whilst minimizing waiting times. The prototype also focused on a prepaid payment wallet that allowed visitors to have a cash free experience and still be able to pay for food, merchandise and personalized memorabilia such as professional photos. We did not get awarded the final development of the app by the client, but the prototype design had excellent feedback from usability testers.
