Twin Peaks - Cooper, Harry, Hawk

Part of a poster series for a Twin Peaks festival. I am a total Twin Peaks nerd. I fundamentally wanted to capture the spooky, twisted atmosphere of the show in a bold and energetic way. I also thought an interesting challenge would be to entice someone who has maybe not seen Twin Peaks, by capturing the essence of the story, flashing a little bit of the character dynamics, but only giving away just enough, to preserve the feeling of mystery so essential to the show itself. As it's a little niche, it was also a good opportunity to play around with references and ideas that only other fans would recognise, too. Stylistically there's also a not to retro horror film posters, especially the lo-fi stuff of the 60s and 70s.
