Kings River Great Pyrenees Branding, 2022

It was wonderful to collaborate with a past client on a new project, as a huge dog lover myself, it doesn’t get much better! Based just outside Kings Canyon National Park, Joseph and his family are starting a kennel to breed their beautiful show dog, Boadicea! The challenge for this project was to depict the Great Pyrenees from a technical standpoint of the “ideal” appearance of the breed while tying the illustration into the overall brand. Some key words for the brand are majestic, heritage, and trustworthy, with the overall vibe defined as “east coast heritage style”. We also incorporated elements to reference their home in Kings River / Canyon.
