In-N-Out Burger Website Redesign
Project Overview
I led the website redesign with a multi-disciplinary team at Ghost Agency. The experience and visual designs included the restaurant department, foundations (currently in another iteration), seasonal campaigns, and the e-commerce store.
Problem
With over 50% visits via mobile device, the In-N-Out website wasn’t responsive, and the content strategy didn’t match their user behavior flow and business objectives. Although the UI design wasn't problematic, it needed some updating to match current trends.
Solution
The new responsive website was created with heavy guidance of data collected from quantitative and qualitative research, business goals, and market trends. The newly redesigned In-N-Out Company Store and Cookout Trailer tool resulted in over a 250% increase in online sales.
