Teal is a career growth platform that gives you the tools, skills, and guidance you need to empower and energize your entire professional life.

The task

Creating the onboarding experience for new users who want to be a part of Teal. Teal came to Caviar looking for a seamless user experience that corresponded with their company vision and value to land new jobs for users anywhere.

The solution

After a break down of what the onboarding process entailed, we were able to begin designing the step-by-step experience a user would take to join Teal. We focused on making the process simple, easy and efficient. While also adding a few illustrations that we believed would complement the experience of onboarding process.

The result

We successfully delivered Teal’s new onboarding experience, with a way for users to understand where they were in the process.
