Simcoe Shores is an imaginary brand that deals with lakeside real estate in the Simcoe Country region. Their clients range from older folks looking to retire and settle down by the lake, to families looking for a summer getaway. The visual style of the brand is a unique blend of rustic and luxury.

Free as a bird

The bird icon was based on the piping plover, an endangered species local to the area. The plover has become something of an icon in its own right, almost like a mascot for the area.

*I also like how the “S” looks like a sea monster coming out of the water.
