Once a request has been fulfilled, a final receipt is sent to both the requester and the fulfiller so that the interaction is completed in an intentional and organized fashion. The user can download their files, access their message history, and see corrected citations that the archive may provide. Because most users will be citing their research, I added the ability to copy and paste the citation at the click of a button. Research is often interactive, iterative, and repetitious; archivists and researchers may engage in long conversations filled with recommendations, corrections, and information.
