mobile request workflow prototypes

I streamlined the previously designed request workflow from four separate pages to one single page. Language in the request box was also changed from "citation" to "information" in order to lower barriers to entry and make comprehending the form more accessible. The ability to add name, email, and title was added to aid in one-step organization so that organizations could keep track of individual requesters and content. Prior to this redesign, selecting a repository was on a separate page with horizontal blocks. I redesigned a smaller scrolling block and list view in order to consolidate information to one page and to provide a container that would be more effective to hold large numbers of repositories as we continue bringing on new partners. This was based on user research and feedback I conducted through meetings with our testing partners, online surveys, and my own UX knowledge.
