Price competition in business.
When I first set prices for services, I did a survey. I looked for the value I gave to customers and what are the advantages and disadvantages of my business compared to other businesses. I provide aesthetic value, simplicity, customer satisfaction, and excellent customer service.
Then I found out about the persona of the prospective client, what kind of wedding they are planning, is it simple or luxurious. It turns out that my services are more suitable for couples who want to have an extravagant wedding. That's why I dared to charge a reasonably high rate.
However, many different target markets are trying to reach my business, and quite a few leave the chat when they see the pricelist I provided.
I gave the price list in a web form, and I think that providing the price list through pictures is not practical because it creates confusion about the package and price. And from myself, the price list in web form makes it easy for me to make revisions.
