This is a design concept for a physiotherapy application

Designed to remind and help control exercise to reduce muscle pain.

With the program you can:

1. Review the exercises, controlling the time for their implementation

2. Monitor the statistics and sequence of loads

3. Review your physical activity, as during fitness training
